Japan has indeed been the home to some of the rather unusual fashion items, the latest being the see-through skirts craze. Japanese Girls now wear transparent skirts - or are they really transparent?
They are actually prints on the skirts to make it look as if the panties are visible. I am sure these skirts will hit other parts of the world pretty soon!
